🚀 CloseBot V2: Complete Rollout Timeline & Migration Plan | Official Announcement

Thank you for your patience as we develop CloseBot V2, which has been in progress since November 2023. Our initial completion target was July 2024, but continuing feature additions to V1 delayed the V2 development. We stopped adding features to V1 in October 2024 to fully focus on V2 and grew our development team in January 2025 to accelerate progress.

Here’s our current timeline:

Alpha (February 1)

Currently, a limited group of users is testing V2 and providing feedback. This is an unstable development environment where our team may need to reset data or make breaking changes. Even alpha testers are not permitted to use V2 for production conversations at this stage.

Production Alpha (April 7)

April 7th marks our Production Alpha milestone for CloseBot V2. At this stage, alpha users can begin implementing V2 in their actual workflows while we continue making updates to the platform.

We’ll carefully migrate alpha users from V1 to V2, prioritizing service continuity with minimal disruption. These users understand they may encounter occasional issues during this pioneering phase.

Our development team remains on standby to address any migration challenges, creating a more robust system for all users before we advance to our Seniority Beta phase.

Seniority Beta (April 30)

The beta phase will begin when V2:

  1. Is production stable
  2. Has a streamlined and automated migration process
  3. Includes all roadmap features

This phase will last approximately one month, giving early users time to adapt before public launch. Access will be granted to Super Users (paid accounts from before January 2024 that remain active), with additional access two weeks later for other pre-January 2024 paid accounts.

We will not offer paid early access options.

V2 Public Launch (May 31)

By May 31st, we’ll make the migration button available to all users and discontinue new V1 signups except for Super Users using the white label process. At this point, V2 will be publicly available to all existing and new CloseBot users.
